About T & P Cell :

The Training and Placement Cell of Shree Santkrupa Institute of Engineering and Technology, Ghogaon handles campus placement of the B Tech graduating students of all our colleges. The Placement Cell provides complete support for Training & Placement activities like arranging Training of Personality Development, Soft Skills, Career Guidance, Aptitude Training, Technical Training &  Arrangements for Pre-Placement Talks, Online/Offline Tests, Interviews and Group Discussions are made as per the requirements of the companies.

The Training & Placement Cell plays an important role in identifying job opportunities for Under Graduates passing out from the college by keeping in touch with reputed firms and industrial establishments. The Training & Placement Cell operates round the year to facilitate contacts between companies and graduates. The number of students placed through the campus interviews is continuously rising. We have been successful in maintaining excellent placement records over the years. 

The Training & Placement Cell organizes career guidance programs for all the students starting from the first year. The cell arranges training programs like Mock Interviews, Mock Online Tests, Group Discussions, Communication Skills Workshop & Company-specific training programs, etc and it also organizes sessions on GATE / Competitive exams for students who are interested to join Government Sectors.
